Its going in for a month now that I cannot use my phone I cant say how many times I reported the problem at the Client services and on facebook etc just get the same story wich is "we will forward your number " and getting no feedback at all the latest was to get a new sim which I did load money etc and still no satisfaction This is a contract phone 0848767340 and i want this contract cancelled immediately with no extra costs as I pay for something I cannot use I will return your Phone and sim
