It has been two weeks now of waiting for a response from Vodacom and Vodacom East rand mall as to what is happening with the cancellation of my contract, this is not acceptable why does it take so long for a Vodacom person to contact me to let me know what is happening and keeping me updated with my query. if this is the level of service that i am receiving as a customer then i will defiantly be looking for a new service provider that will give me the level of service i need.
