I went into Nashua mobile the first week in Jan to upgrade my contract as it was up for renewal. I gt the BB 9380 and it was faulty frm the time i got it. It was heating up & the battery only lasted for 4hrs. The calls kept on getting cut wen i held it to my ear, due to the touch screen. Lost half of my data while trying to back it up as well. So 2 days later i returned it & i told the lady that i wanted to chg to the 9790. She advised me that first she needs to send the 9380 bck and wait for a replacement, then only i can get the 9790. And this whole process takes about 10 days. Obviously that annoyed me & i told her that i don't want to renew the contract because i am not happy with this service. Only to find out that my contract was changed and basically I'm paying for a new contract and still have my old phone. And the consultant never even explained to me that i would lose all my free minutes once this migration happened. My BIS was also de-activated & i had a problem with my e-mails as well & it took 2 phone calls to the call centre to sort it out. Plus i hd anoda contract dat i ported to pre-paid, but it was converted b4 the end of the mnth & i lost my free min.
