Telecommunications

Good day,

I bought a Galaxy Note GT-5100 at the end of last year. I was told and assured that this is an LTE device. On [URL Removed] it shows the device as LTE (market dependent). I even did a SIM swap to LTE. Since then I have struggled, Emailed and phoned numerous times to get LTE activated up to today without success. It was confirmed every time that it is an LTE device. Yesterday I decided to go back to the head office in Midrand to try and sort this out. I was told that LTE was not activated on the network and it should now work in 24h. I was sceptical since I was told this story before, an hour later I was told this is not a LTE device, and I have to take it up with a Fusi or his Supervisor (Colin Swarts), neither was available. I had to yet again leave without a solution.

During my decision making to upgrade early, having an LTE device was one of my main considerations in doing the upgrade. Now I sit with a device that according to Autopage should be LTE, but in reality is not. I am very unhappy with this and request a solution.

Thanks
