Pathetic service

Accountnr L1620658-9 number 0823305307 data account the last 3 months Vodacom just bill me with what they feeling like i have a 3GB data account i never go over the cap which is R149 per month i also carry data over but seem to pay double that and this month again about R100.When i phoned the call centre they told me that another service provider deducts money for something and they told me that they can cancel it they told me that they did but this still continues. Who gives another company the right to access my account and debit it. This is un- acceptable. Vodacom need to refund me in full.
