I emailed Telkom on 17 November 2013 to enquire about getting a 10mb line available in my area and I still have not received any feedback. I would go into the store but you usually wait in a queue for about 30 minutes to an hour so that has made me hesitant.

I cannot understand how a telecommunications company cannot even respond to emails. My reference/support number is 424784.

Please can I have some sort of feedback Telkom? I really want a 10mb line in my area.
