No response to daily query regarding line upgrades

Let's try this again... Maybe I will get an actual response. My profile on Telkom's ADSL Checker says I am on a 10MB ADSL Line: [URL Removed] however, my line is still syncing below 4MB... Keyword below. Lucky to hit just over 2MB lately.

So I would like to enquire on what is actually happening? Am I still on a 4MB line or a 10MB line? I just find it frustrating that one technician says the line is 10MB and the other 4MB. Additionally, I have asked daily for feedback on my query and I get absolutely no response when contacting their social media team. They seem to find it appropriate to help people who comment on my post, but ignore my actual query.

Surely when they started upgrading clients they had a roll out plan? All I want to know is when will my line actually start running and syncing at 10MB?.. And to be honest "I don't know" or "we have not been informed" is not an acceptable answer anymore because that is exactly what everyone says when you phone Telkom.

My exchange is in Elspark Germiston. The one on Francolin street. Any feedback would be nice.
