The Worst Customer Support I have ever received

I do not exxagerate with that title. My recent experience with Telkom and specifically the supervisors Boipelo (unsure of her branch) and Langa & Lucky from the Durban Branch.

I was without internet and a landline for 2 weeks. During this time I spent over R1800 on calls to Telkom trying to escalate my issue. I work from home and lost so much money as a result of this. Worst of all Telkom came to my house to fix it, did nothing, then left telling me it was fixed.

I spoke to all 3 of those supervisors. Everytime I Spoke to them they would sympathise with me, and assure me they would sort it out and get back to me. I told each one of them that I had been told I would get back to but no one had, and they all assured me that they would deffinately get back to me.

Not one of these supervisors called me back, nor did they escalate my issue.

The saddest thing is this is my 3rd post on HelloPeter. On both prior posts (these being about my lack of internet and landline) Telkom has responded asking for my case reference so they can further look into it. I have sent them this each time, yet again no one responds.

I am told I cant complain to anyone higher than these supervisors
