CANNOT REGISTER ON MYVODACOM

I've been trying to register on MyVodacom for the past 3 weeks, password issues then accounts get blocked, in short I have phoned the call-centre on 6 occasions and they keep telling me that they will reset my password.
THIS IS NOT HELPING VODACOM please can someone competent resolve this issue!?
Just renewed my contact and already regretting it.
