Password reset not done, can't registe

I submitted a password reset application last week, as I cannot get into MyLife or MyUnisa, which means I cannot register. Registration ends in 11 days, and I am still unable to register. How long must I wait? I cannot waste 6 months in which I could have studied simply because nobody at UNISA did something as simple as resetting a password.

Is this going to be done before the 25th or am I wasting my time here?
