I opted for the iPad-Air as an Xmas gift for my wife, and Nashua Mobile offered me a contract for around R382/month for the device and 2gig data. I got all my information together, 3month bank statement etc, waited inline and finally got all my details loaded. Then... the was a problem with the server and the Pavillion branch could not load my details. I waited around 3 hours and finally things started moving... however, the R382/month deal was not available!! They kindly offered my another option for R409/month for the device and 2gig data, with no compensation for making me wait 3hours and still missing the original offer of R382/month. I decided to take this option. After confirming with the sales person, that it will only be fees for teh once off conection, and therafter R409/month for the device and 2gig data, all was good.
I now recieve a bill for exceeding my 2gig data which i must pay for.
i do not undertsand why. The deal was for 2gig only/month. This was what i wanted. Why was there no warning that i am closing onto my limit or exceeding my limit or just simply cut off wheni reach the limit!!! Why was i nt informed that i will be continously be billed!!!
