I have have a vodacom contract customer for the past 2 years as I was using a blackberry touch. Recently in August 2013 I was happy to upgrade to a Samsung Galaxy S4. Our initial agreement with Vodacom was that they will deduct R515 from my account & on the 19th December 2013 Vodacom deducted R2, 204.36 from my account. Called Vodacom Call Centre for answers but I was sent to pillor to post with no answers. Reported my complain on & within 5min Vodacom returned my call telling me they will investigate and they will come back to me before25th December 2013 . After 5 working days I reported my complain again on and receive d an email telling me that they will call me back but stilltoday I havent recieved any feedback from Vodacom and only know why. Spoke to Spiphokazi Mabuti reference call 324141817 askin her why recharge my phone with R250 My Meg coz I have cancelled it but she couldnt explain why. Honestly I would like to TERMINATE MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM cause they dont talk us SERIOUS.
