Passing the buck... still no luck... fed up!!

I received my Samsung Galaxy S4 upgrade in July 2013... all of a sudden the battery is swelling up... like a pea in a pot... and NO, I AM ONLY USING SAMSUNG CHARGERS... I called and spoke to Lebo, she said I must speak to 'upgrades' department... Priscilla said she can't help me... speak to 'follow ups'...I ended up with Tina... nobody actually tries to help, they simply pass the buck. I told them there is NOTHING wrong with the handset - everything works fine... it's the battery that is faulty, so it needs to be exchanged... I was told that the handset will be collected within 3-7 working days and I will get it back within 21 working days... so that they can exchange the battery... honestly? This is a brand new R10k handset and this is the service I get from CELL C... for THEMSELVES... it is absolutely pathetic. I asked the Menlyn Park Cell C outlet and they simply showed me the door... need I say more about CELL C services??? Shocking service... and yet ii still sit with my problem... not solved yet... my battery doesn't even last a full day...
