I had a billing query, which I reported as follows:

1. Account received on 13.12.2013
2. E-mail query sent on 13.12.2013
3. Various phone calls, starting on 17.12.2013
4. Visited an MNT Service Centre on 27.12.2013
5. Another call logged on 06.01.2014 and promosed an escalation and response within 24 hours - but alas, still no reponse!!

When I requested on 17.12.2014, that the payment debit order be deferred until the investigation was complete, I was told that the debit order had already been submitted, despite the payment only being due on 29.12.2013.

CUSTOMER CARE?? MORE LIKE CUSTOMER DON'T GIVE A ABOUT YOU - WE HAVE ENOUGH, THANK YOU!!

On perusing the websites I now realise that MTN is also the most expensive network for calls, stupid me - have been running 3 contracts with them, 2 for about 12 years!!

Cell C charges R1, 50 per minute,
Where MNT charges R2, 86 - almost 100% more!

How do they justify this?
