Handed over AFTER canceling subscription

I have been handed over after cancelling my subscription a whole YEAR ago. And now this amount is supposedly double. I read in the news that Telkom admitted to treating their customers with less regard - I can vouch for this. I regret doing business with Telkom so much. Never Ever again
Now I'm on ITC thanks to this.

Please contact me URGENTLY or else I too will go legal, and trust me I would love to.
