STILL NOT FIXED AFTER MULTIPLE COMPLAINTS

So on 19 November 2013 I wrote a complaint on here for our friendly cellular service's eyes. It was regarding the names on our invoices when being sent to us. We have just received the latest invoices, and voila, abra cadabra, but still it is wrong. They only changed the one now to the other shareholder of the business' name.

During this period, we also had an audit from SARS, and they picked one of these wrong invoices to audit. I then sent it to them, on which we were taxed at 200%, all because of our friendly cellular service provider's incompetent staff. We are seriously now considering ending our business with you, and moving to one of the providers that will do things right from the start, or at least give us the best service they can.

I went in to the branch yesterday in Louis Trichardt, and all they can show me is that the details are right on their side, and give me a head office number to phone, which could also not even help, as the staff there were also unable to help.
