This report follow on from my previous reports where I complained about a lack of service by Telkom. My adsl went down on 23/11/2013 which I promptly reported. I was given an escalation number ARS 238352 which apparently is completely inconsequential because it doesn't mean that Telkom will necessarily do anything about your problem. They have continued to ignore my numerous appeals for help to resolve my matter but I have yet to even receive one phone call from them. Their lack of communication and urgency in wanting to assist in resolving this matter defies belief. I have been a loyal and prompt payer of my Telkom account and this is the service I receive? Surely I deserve better? I'm not sure where to turn to next? I think perhaps my complaint should be forwarded to ICASA. I'm hoping that they could assist in trying to restore my landline and adsl. I am completely disgusted by Telkoms incompetence.
