Contract cancellation cellc

Good day

I'm trying to cancel a Cellc contract I took out on the 29 January 2013. Now the store didn't even have the phone I was looking for so I would have had to wait for the weekend to get it. I found the phone somewhere else and I've been trying to cancel this contract for a week now.

I've submitted a cancellation form but TPHD says the dealer cancellation can only be done within 24 to 48 hours.

How do I proceed to get this cancelled?
