Not Impressed: Account on ITC Shows paid in full - This is unacceptable as I feel not all the necessary steps were taken before listing me on ITC. Have not once received any letter in the post, I will have to seek advise from the Consumer Council as I don't have any joy so far.

All this for a month to month contract, and have not even signed a contract.
