Hi

My mother was called by Jabba connect offering her a contract for a cellphone. The agent said that the phone would be a Samsung galaxy S5 301. My mom also called me to speak to the agent. He spoke to me about this phone. The wrong phone was delivered now Jabba Connect want her to pay R 500 to cancel the contract.

They give you details of a phone and then confirm something else. This is clearly an with the intention to mislead the client and get you committed to a 24 month contract for a phone you do not want.

Also the phone he spoke about he said it would be only R 265 but the contract comes with a monthly subscription of R 350 for a galaxy Chat phone that he never mentioned in the introduction.

This is totally misleading!!!
