I had lost a phone in 2012, before that I had an advance of 12, wen I got a new phone later that year? I realised that I had been barned from using advance, since den I hv bin trying soo hard 2 gain my reputation 4 2 years now, and im still barned, I buy almost 300 airtym per month but yet when I am desparate I cnt use d benefit dat I suppose I am entitled to as a customer, wen I call their call centre they tell me that my account will be riviewed, but for how long now..
