After endless ructions with Mweb I kindly asked them to cancel my ADSL account with them and move it over to Telkom. I got an email from them on the 27th stating that they have been waiting for a reference number from Telkom. Alas I have been without Internet for a week now. I am unable to get through via their call center and Mweb hasn't been helpful either. It's ridiculous that I am now moving from bad service to more bad service. We live in a near first world city and your call center can't answer phones? In the meantime I'm losing business whilst all I need is a reference number so that I can get my ADSL login details from them. Can't stand the bad service anymore, will it ever get better?
