I have a mayor problem with 8ta .i have a contract sim card i am paying for that i can never use. I have just done a upgrade can us the handset but the sim card is not working, i have been at the branch and they confirmed the sim card is active but account explain why i cannot use . last year March i had the same problem and then the call centre sent me to the branch and the branch sent me from one branch to another with no solution. Why am i paying for a service that cannot be supplied to me as a client.
