Clearwater mall staff very rude!

The lady at clearwater mall branch working today (monday 6th Jan) is so rude and feels that the customer doesn't come first. She refused to give me her name, but its not hard to figure out who she is, african lady with afro/curly hair working at service/sales desk. So sick of Telkom and how useless they are. Still no internet and yet we are being charged!
