INCOMPETENT-DIDNT EVEN SUBMIT MY CLAIM

I have never in my life come across such a bunch of incompetent people. My handset was in the Lakeside Mall on 26 December 2013 to which I reported and stopped it immediately at the branch - after the agents wanted the IMEI number etc... Please tell me how am I suppose to give that info after my handset was less than 30minutes ago in the same mall and after they did the Security check they surely have this on their system! I then completed the claim form after receiving the case number etc. from the cops and submitted the original documents to them at the branch after which they gave back to me MY ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS! When I questioned it I was told it is no longer needed

this morning I call the call centre to find out what is happening as it has been 10 days only to find out the imcompetant Lakeside mall staff never submitted my claim AT ALL! That branch has become a disgrace, either you need to change management or you might as well close your doors.

They didn't even offer me a sim swop when I stopped my phone... I had to ask and even then it was an issues for the guys! Seriously get proper people to manage your store as your brand already has a bad name!
