Billed without being informed after phone block

I have been complaining for almost a year now about the bad service I have received at Nashua, and they are not attending to it. My phone has been blocked, and they are not even doing anything about it. They requested that I bring my phone in that they take a look at it. Now they have billed me an extra R150 on my account without even letting me know. I dont know what that money is for.

There are other places where I can take my business. Please let me know if you dont want my business anymore. I'll take it elsewhere. It's totally unacceptable that a paying client is treated this way. You never have issues collecting my money, but keeping to your end of the deal is a problem? And you dont even follow up! My phone is still blocked!
