ABSURD DATA BUNDLE DEPLETION!!!

In early Dec I bought R350 worth of airtime which I converted into 3gigs of data to use. I then used it once and it was all depleted and I was NOT downloading movies or anything like that, I called the call centre who transferred me from pillar to post, which in itself is VERY upsetting as one has to repeat their story over and over again and the agents refuse to transfer you to a supervisor, someone was going to call me back and no one ever got back to me, I then left to go overseas for holiday. This is the second time I have had to complain abt the same issue, it is just not possible that I could have used that much data in one sitting as it was mainly for emailing, I have a phone from where I can do most other things so the use of my laptop is generally for mailing docs etc. I am truly upset and livid and feel once again I have been robbed of my data bundles, it is clear that I need to investigate using another service provider where one gets value for their money, I work hard for my money and cannot afford to waste it. I hope this is resolved ASAP as I'm back at work & need to be able to work in the evenings. I am appalled that I have to complain about this issue AGAIN!!!
