No Start or end date

They say to you do not use to must per month but you get throtteled over 30 days but ther no strat or end date on the throtteling so that say throtteling is permanent. 8 Years i was with you and now this all you say is upgrade its only a money making scheme. Now you tell me i must wait a month to cancel sorry but you can do as you like then i can also on monday i am finish with you. Even it i have to pay more so sorry and then you get people that just cut you off and yes i made 2 years back a suggestion still waiting for feedback. From now on i will daily tell people not to go to you on facebook and twitter and bbm.
