It has been 48 hours since i have been out of service on my ADSL line. Since then I have been trying to get through to the call centre with no response. I have held on the line for hoursat a time, without my calls being attended to which is highly frustrating and aggrevating. I was provided with a reference number:681CRK020213, with no follow up. What is the point of implementing a call centre environment if there is nobody to assist?? But if you fall late on a payment, then Telkom doesnt feel shy to deactivate your connection and charge a reconnection fee!!!

I want my ADSL line to be sorted out with immediate effect or I will not hesitate to take this matter further. What pathetic service is this??? No wonder people are resorting to other telecommication service providers.
