After experiencing difficulty into activating my BIS I called your customer care 173, I can compliment the man on dealing with the problem as he was very helpful. He told me that someone kept cancelling my BIS whilst I was trying to activate it and somehow money kept coming off my airtime. This is a very big problem when I was told that any one can do this from a different cellphone if they have my number. This kind of thing should not be permitted. How will MTN solve this problem
