On the 25th of December 2013 I purchased the full mtn bis service, the transaction was processed and the 59 rand for purchasing the service was debited from my airtime balance but the service was not reflecting on my phone. I contacted the mtn customer care service and informed them about my problem, I was told to remove my battery and sim card whilst they do some sort of reboot from their side and was assured this would work, this didn't work. on the 26th of December I contacted the customer care service again letting them know that I still had the same problem, I was then told that my number has put into a log with their data support division and that my problem would be solved in 24 hours or less, it wasn't. on the 27th of December 2013 I contacted the customer care service again, telling them about my on going problem and the steps I've taken thus far with them trying to resolve it, I was then told that I was put in another log and have to wait another 24 hours before my problem can be resolved. I sent this complaint still waiting for this problem to resolved. Thank You
