Cheaper is Not Better!

Ever since I took out an additional data contract with a Cell C MyZone wi-fi router in April 2013, I have been experiencing poor to medium level of 3G connection.

I have had to log several queries for the technical department to investigate further but to no avail, either due to previous requests not being resolved, or the system not being able to track the request due to a system upgrade.

Here is a list of reference numbers and the names of the people that I have spoken to:

Terry, Lwandile, Charles (ref: 1782267), Christopher (ref: SD113048), Nombulelo and Nompumelelo (ref: 3060502517).

I have received an SMS on 13 October 2013, advising me that I was on the edge of coverage and that the signal would be upgraded by the end of November. I then spoke to Mpho (ref: 1312200000034452) on 13 December to follow up as I did not experience any improvement in the connection. The 3G connection through my cell phone is no better and I am still waiting patiently for the signal to be boosted.

Please just be transparent if Cell C is unable to upgrade the signal anytime soon instead of misleading and giving me false hope.

I eagerly await for the power to be back in my hands.
