Paying for phones i dont have

I signed up for a contract with mtn direct (completly useless bunch) then two days later i changed my mind and didn't want the contract anymore, tried getting hold of the consultant who initially help me with the contract (Navasha) but she proved to be very incompetent and a total waste of my time. A month later on the 18th of December I went into the mtn store in clear water to cancel my cell phone contract. took the phone and sim card to the store still new nd sealed. I was helped by a lady called Rosina seboiboi who assured me that it would not be a problem.
but to my surprise MTN debited money from my account for two months and when I called to find out what was going I was told that the was no record of any cancellation.

I have received nothing but bad service from mtn consultants, especially the ones from mtn direct. this will definitely be the last time I deal with mtn.
