Terrible Hospitality

To Whom it may concern.

Please note that I currently processed an upgrade for my MTN Contract at the Chilli lane branch,
I how ever recieved terrible hospitality to the point that i was unbelievably uncomfortable and could not bare to stay in the store for longer then 5 minutes at a time, all this because there is no aircon in the store.

When repremanded the manager advised me that the aircon is currentlyt not working and that they are waiting for it to be repaired, when i asked how long it has been i was shocked to hear that it has been over 3 Months and must say that this is absolutely ridiculous it does not make my visit to the store a very good one...
