Sticker black AND an hour for deI am higlivery

Here I am on a Friday thinking I am going to order some pizza for lunch. I make the call to the chilli lane store at 11:33 am and place me delivery order. At 12:31 I called to store to ask where my order is only to be told to just wait a bit. Now its already just about an hour. Surprise surprise the sticker - pitch black. My receptionist took the pizza and the delivery guy took the money. Now that is not how you are marketing your brand to the country - is it? I make a call to the store - only for the manager 'Casandra' to not come to the phone. I guess this was the last time I will ordering from you. I will be telling everyone I know about this as well. Bad marketing and PR and BAD Service.
