Laptop @ R199 flop

I recently took a compaq laptop from mtn @ the phoenix plaza on the R199 package as advertised, to my dismay i have been deducted R213.69 and also not on the date i said i wanted the debit deducted i.e the 22nd of every month. What is up with you guys? Please respond a.s.a.p and correct your error. This is ridiculous, WHERE is the attention to detail and quite clearly breach of contract.
