Since 1 September 2013 I have been battling with service, incompetent people and excuses going back and form between Telkom planning, contractor and Walmer Park Telkom Shop. I requested that they install a ADSL line at my house, today is 31 December 2013 and I still have no feedback from Telkom. I have requested Quantella van Heerden to provide me with the contact details for the boss Giepie reports to in order for me to phone them directly and ask what is the problem. Still no feedback. No even her boss at Walmer Park Telkom Shop has the decency to phone and find out or to get involved. Lack of accountability and empty promises since day one!! They are quick to broadcast on Top Billing how quick they installed uncapped ADSL and it is all free!! But a normal citizan like me are being ignored flat-out.
