MTN is a mess

I have just loaded BIS on my phone. when I chech my airtime its gone. I then called the call centre to complain. They told me that the are not resopnsible for the BIS not connecting even though they are the ones sneding an sms confirming the BIS activation. To my suprise just after I spoke to them my BBM went on and I coild get my emails which means its their fault but they are reluctant to agree.
I promise you this is the last time I will ever use mtn and I am changing all the people I pay airtime for. If this is their way of making money at our expence with the assumption that everyone is in the festive mood and they will not notice the airtime. I spend about R2000 every month on mtn because my kids and my husband we all use this network but hey they are starting to be clever now. I am out
