BAD SERVICE FROM FESTIVAL MALL AND ACCOUNTS

I opened my account on 21 Septermber 2013. The male who served me asked me what kind of account I preferred and I picked a top up (2phones - 1 account) for me and my son. Within a week I had problems with my blackberry demanding a password and not connecting to the web, I went back to my service provider and now this male was not helpful at all, he said I must leave my phone with them for about 2weeks because it might be a software problem or otherwise I can phone customer care. I left the problem there. I received an account for R4114.61 and was told my account was never activated as top-us. I must now wait 6months to activate top-up.
I received a sms telling me the debit order did not go thru, next day I received a sms telling me they made a mistake my debit order was never put thru on their side this they will put thru on 15Des. On 11Des this debit order went thru my account. I went to Vodaworld on 27th Des because I keep on getting these machine phonecalls telling me my account is in arrears with R4114.61. Eva helped me to put a limit to my account and told me I must phone Acc Dept on 081946. That number does not exist and I still get calls for my "arears"
