PAYING FOR SERVICES NOT RECALLING JOINING

I was billed for an amount of seven rands a day from October 2013 up to date. I don't recall joining anything that mentions the name Mira Networks and here to complain that they have accessed my number in a manner via Vodacom where i have suspicioun that some of vodacom employees are involved in helping this from Mira Networks to bill us unaware. If they are not, why they never bothered to confirm with me as wether i am aware of my request to join their useless networks. This sis not for the first time where vodacom and this, with the likes of Mira Networks deducts my money without using their even once. If this from Mira Networks were really open, why they only sent me an sms after so long to remind me of my membership and the up services thgey are offering? I want my money and THE FOR I AM WORKING FOR THIS FUCKEEN MONEY THEY ARE DEDUCTING SITTING IN THEIR UP OFFICES..I NEED THE REFUND AND THE.
