I've applied a laptop top contract with mtn and i was given a wrong package and been told that in three months time it will be changed i must take the package as they said to myself and the package that i was supposed to have i was a laptop with 500data bundles ad i was given the 1gbytes modem and now ive been charged R1732.51 ad in October R1200 the reason is mtn saying have exceded my limite for te for the modem and hardly not using it. And on the 28/12/2013 ive called mtn called centre to find out why ive been charged soo much and asked for the history of the modem but i was send a wrong information not the history and also ask the closure for the laptop and the lady form the cll centre said the laptop module is not captured on their system.
