Got sim card, 90% of the day I have NO signal

I have been 4 times to the store where I purchased the sim card, first time they didn't configure my phone right, second time they said my sim card was a damaged one and was replaced third time i explained again my issue; My signal appears as SOS all day long, even when I am home and my wife has full signal. It is not the phone, I checked, its the provider, they told me to wait.
Last time I dealt with the manager who was worse than a zombie, she said they couldn't do anything about it since it was their fault but she didn't know how to fix the issue.

STAY AWAY FROM CELL C, THEY RIP YOU OFF SELLING SIM CARD THAT DONT WORK, CANR EVEN MAKE/RECEIVE CALLS. MANAGEMENT IS USELESS
