My dad took a top up contract which included a new phone for me in 2011 around August the contract ended this year 2013 around the same month but he is still billed as if he got a new phone. He has tried to cancel the contract but was send from pillar to post. We are both disappointed in MTN. We no longer want anything to do with MTN. Please help. All we want is for you to cancel your contract.
