About a month ago I started realising extra money is going off my account so then I phoned customer services the lady there told me its some sort of service I applied to I then said I did not subscribe to any service she said she cant do anything and that I have to phone the people myself and cancel I did what she said bill at the moment was R300 over it stopped at R1008 at the end of November... on the first I got recharged again and now its already R395 over again I came to the branch the lady who "helped" me phoned the service centre she then wrote down another set of numbers that I had to phone now again to cancel it myself I then told her that I did it once before and does this mean I have to pay for the extra cost because I asked them to cancel it before and they did not ..they are not able to help in store I have to phone them myself to sort it out I asked the supervisor on duty if there is anything he can do he said absolutely nothing he cant help me at all im a supervisor myself in the customer service industry and never in my life have I experienced such lack of customer service im at the point of cancelling my contract? I also dont have a copy of my contract
