Iburst
Midnight bandwith

We have been with iburst for /- 8 years. And we were extremely happy with their service until today. We have a 10G anytime per month with an added midnight to 6am 10G bandwith. Normally every moth we carry forward bandwith but this month we exhausted our day time band width. At midight we try to log on but fail. Only to speak to someone in their technical dept and be told that if you have day time bandwidt you can use your midnight bandwith from midnight exactly but if you don't have daytime bandwith, your midight bandwith can only be accessed from 1am and after. This is false advertising. At no time was this advertised like this.
