Disgusting Service Delivery And Customer Service!!

For the past few months now i have been struggling to get my blackberry service to work properly on my blackberry device, and after numerous phone calls their call centre, receiving terrible service, and the worst customer service in terms of assistance ever!!! They not only passed the blame to blackberry in general, but then proceeded to advise me that there is nothing they can do about it, as the phone or phone number i have has network problems and they cannot update my cell c contract. I have been paying all this time fora servicethat i clearly have not been receiving! A clearviolation of the consumer protection act, and i will be taking this further if response is given within the next few days! I will returning my phone an sim to cell c and do expect another bill at the end this month since I'm not receiving disservice anyway

Worse service I've ever received in my life!!!
