I went into the Northgate store to report on a problem my contracted blackberry phone had. I was attended to by a female consultant who did not have the courtesy to greet me and as i tried to explain the problem she started being defensive and began telling me that i dropped the phone when i told her i did not & was refusing to listen to my explanations. when i told her that i think the fault was with battery because it was swollen, she said it was because i was using a generic charger but i told her i used the blackberry charger i had purchased with the phone. When I told her when the problems began with the phone she kept on telling me the problem could not have occurred in the time period i gave her, she then said i had to pay additional charges from the technician, why should i pay when my phone is on warranty/guarantee. She kept on fighting and bickering back and forth with me while i was trying to explain the problem but she would not listen. As a very loyal Cell c customer with 2 contracts i know my rights and did not expect such poor service. I felt very humiliated in front of the other customers and left the store without a solution. She is rude
