After my Blackberry 9790 got in Durban, Pavilion mall, the staff members at Cellucity Pavilion rebly went through extra trouble in assisting me to get a new phone asap. Further more, on 24 Dec they brought me a Hot Chocolate and greeted me with warm hearted smiles. This is a gesture that will not be soon forgotten. Thank you so much.
