My daughter's account is suspended, reason being penalty for not finding funds in my account when payment is due. What is most shocking is the penalty amount of R70.00. You guys are charging more on a penalty than the actual subscription. Is this legal??? and why was I not informed beforehand that this much was going to a penalty if my account has no funds when payment is due.

I payed R150.00 in October with the intention of paying ahead, I need to know how much I was owing then.
because you do not seem to have taken that payment into account.

I phoned your call centre on the 18th, the agent escalated the query to accounts or something. I have not had any response since then, not that I expecting them to call anytime soon..

Why was I not warned that penalties for R50.00 subscription will be R70.00
What about the R150.00 I paid. Please see my details below
