Debit Order two weeks early

There is a contract in place with Virgin stating clearly that the debit order date is on the 3rd of the month.
Despite this, the debit orders for 3 accounts went off on the 20th of December, instead of the 3rd January. They did the same last month.
This is an illegal action from Virgin Mobile. They are now collecting an additional 2 weeks interest on all mobile accounts.
I need them to contact me urgently, or all 3 contracts will be cancelled
I have tried to contact them, but as usual I gave up after 50 minutes.
